Shipping Carrier

We work with a range of trusted delivery partners, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Evri, DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and local postal services, to ensure reliable and timely delivery. For international shipments, packages may first be transported by an international carrier before being handed to a local delivery provider for final delivery.

All orders include tracking where available, and the final carrier may vary depending on destination and fulfillment location.

Order Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and confirm if the package is lost in transit.
